Shoot 7 - Reshoot - Pattard Hill
Within my first test shoot of this semester the favoured image was that of the winding Pattard hill road, i wasn't entirely sold on the image. i took this shoot opportunity to revisit the area and experiment with different angles and capturing more of the area in relation to the road. What works about the images are the swooping lines of the road in contrast with the trees and verges, creating a strange sense of balance. Also the road markings and contrast of road directions work well on drawing the audience further into the images, almost following the road. Strange thing about these images is that i shot with the same film/time of day as other shoots along with similar editing and use of light meter, but the images seemed to appear a lot more 'grey' than other images, yet very dark in certain places, possibly a case with the 'problem of green' creating lots of mono tone greys silvers whereas other images appear too dark, strange. Overall i wasn't entirely happy with this shoot.
