The youngest photographer in our list Alex Boyd is one marked for the future. A Scottish landscape photographer, Boyd has applied the environmental portraiture concepts in his landscape photography. His genius can be seen in his very popular and award winning photography series named as ‘Sonnets’. The series of multiple photographs is a display of human connection to nature and landscape. This collection has won him a lot of critical acclaim from critics as well as from fellow photographers. Currently, Boyd is working on his next series called as ‘Lowlands’. Boyd has won “The Dewar Award” in 2010, “The Toscana Prize” and “Accademia Apulia Award (UK)” in 2011.
